Yoga

Learn to move your body and breath efficiently and effectively as you develop a comfortable relationship with your body, mind, and spirit. Come release unnecessary tension and stress through graceful movement patterns, breath work, and deep relaxation.

Flow: Available to all levels; however,our intention is to create flowing sequences.

Fusion: a blend of several styles of yoga.

Hot: intentionally heated room that helps facilitate muscle length and take your practice to another level.

Basics: For the beginning Yogi offering a very gentle approach.

Poolside: a Yoga flow class facilitated by the pool.
